Free shipping throughout Europe!

We ship via various couriers depending on the country of destination. All items are shipped from our warehouse in Puglia with a tracking number and require a signature upon delivery.

Shipping usually takes 2-3 days for European orders and 4-7 days for international orders.

Please note that prices do not include VAT for orders outside the EU and as such your order may be subject to import taxes and customs duties. The consignee is the registered importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

When customs clearance procedures are required, they can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

If an item is not claimed and is returned to us, we will contact you again for shipping, however the recipient may be charged a new shipping fee depending on the circumstances.

Delivery time

Each product page displays ships within information. This is the estimated time (actual time may vary) from the order to the shipment of our product in Italy. The time from dispatch to delivery to the specified destination depends on both the distance from the warehouse and local regulations to the final destination. From dispatch to delivery it is usually not longer than a week. For urgent deliveries, please contact our customer team at info@verointernational.com .

If you have placed an order for products with different shipping times, the full order will be suspended until the entire order is available for shipment.

Please hold on that during promotional campaigns, delivery times may be slightly longer due to the high volume.

Transport

VERO uses most common Mail Boxes Etc. as a forwarder. This service includes standard curbside delivery. Side Delivery means that the courier will deliver your items to the curb of the specified delivery address. This service does not include internal delivery, assembly of items or removal of pallets and packaging.

Our logistics partner will contact you before to delivery with a proposed delivery date and time frame. There will be an option to reschedule if the time frame is not convenient. If you are not available at the agreed time delivery, your item can be returned to the warehouse. If your shipment has been returned to the warehouse, you must contact us at info@verointernational.com for a new shipment. An extra delivery cost may apply.

Please note that the delivery of transport where indicated is carried out on a pallet. This pallet will be left with the delivery.

Order cancellation and changes

As soon as an order is received, we prepare it for shipping (unless a later delivery date has been requested). This results in a small window where changes can be made to an order. Please be sure to immediately at support@verointernational.com, and if your order has not been processed for shipment from the warehouse, we will do our best to accommodate cancellation or modification requests whenever possible.
