Essential and geometrical lines combine in full and empty volumes, giving a sculptural value to plywood, a sheet material, in this coffee table. Pott’s inspiration for the design came from cross sections and cutting the material under an angle; these actions enhanced the silhouette of the shape and created an almost graphical visual impact. The coffee table is available in five finishes, brown, black, ocher earth, laurel green and magnolia, providing a better contrast between the material and the cross section. The plywood is shown in its true beauty combining it with bright colors and designing a timeless and essential piece.
