From June 18th to 20th, during Copenhagen Design Week 2025, Vero participated in the first edition of Other Circle — the city’s newest creative hub that brings together design, art, fashion, and culture in one inclusive space.

The setting? The raw, industrial charm of The Lab, an ideal backdrop for Vero’s next chapter.

Building on its experience in Italy, Vero continues to expand its global presence. The installation in Copenhagen tells the story of the brand’s vision: functional, tactile, honest design, shaped by a community of international talents who’ve helped define its DNA since its founding in 2022.

From stools to trolleys, shelves to ceramics, every piece on show is made to be lived with. Presented at the showcase: Jamie Wolfond’s Woven bookshelf, born from a workshop mistake and transformed into a beautifully unexpected design. Nearby, the sculptural Wave Collection by Thomas Woltmann plays with balance and proportion, where curves meet structure in tactile wooden forms.

Outdoor living takes center stage with Hongkong, a stainless steel series by Hannes & Fritz inspired by urban architecture. Durable yet refined, the collection includes chairs, benches, stools, and a table that feels equally at home indoors or out. Placed atop the table is GLUP, the newest ceramic series by Federica Elmo, three stackable, sculptural pieces (two catch-alls and a vase) glazed in deep tones like Chocolate, Marine Blue, and Grey White. Each piece is made in Italy using 3D moulding and hand-finished with care.

Signature objects round out the installation: the Onda tray by Natalia Criado, bold and fluid; geometric, colorful tableware by Venetian duo Zaven; and the Mating Surface Vase by Sam Stewart, steel object that merges form and function, softened by rubber feet and shaped by his curiosity for civic structures and underappreciated typologies.

“It’s a real pleasure to return to Copenhagen, this time at Other Circle,” says Pasquale Apollonio, Vero’s founder. “This space is built on authentic exchange, which is exactly what we’re seeking. It’s not just an exhibition, it’s a dialogue with a new community and another step forward in our evolving design story.”

Other Circle provides the perfect context: an open, cross-disciplinary environment where boundaries dissolve and creativity flows freely. Within this space, Vero’s approach, simple, thoughtful objects rooted in Italian craft, invites visitors to slow down, touch, connect, and feel at home.
